We will help you adapt NCAA and Professional Techniques into your personal level of umpiring. Special attention will be given to proper angle and distance positioning, timing problems, understanding balks, and handling conflict and confrontation through Our developed, Situation Management Protocol. We will be giving attention to health and wellness of the umpire, as well as, time with the Regional Evaluators and Coordinators, and what they are searching for to move you to the National level and advancing your career. Each umpire will be given the opportunity to work in situations geared toward increasing their level of experience. These three days of intensive and conceptual baseball umpire training are designed to improve each umpire's opportunity to learn and advance into higher levels of baseball. You will be Challenged.

Classroom instruction will include an insightful and practical survey of the NCAA Rule Book and CCA Manual including new changes for 2017, accompanied by open discussion.
